Semi-automatic Waste Tire Recycling Line

The waste tire rubber powder production line is composed of waste tire decomposition equipment and grinding unit. The pulverizing unit consists of a glue breaker, a main conveyor, a main vibrating screen, and a magnetic separation equipment.

Through the waste tire decomposition equipment, the tires are first processed into small pieces of 3 to 5 cm square; then the rubber pieces are crushed and ground by the rubber breaker of the grinding unit to obtain rubber powder and rubber particles mixed with steel wires; then the main conveyor passes through The main vibrating screen screens out the fine material, and then separates the steel wire in the fine powder through the magnetic separation equipment to prepare the pure rubber powder (fineness optional). The rubber powder that does not reach the required mesh fineness is returned to the rubber breaker by the main conveyor for regrinding. This physical method has advanced circular grinding technology, does not require any chemical raw materials, no waste gas, no waste water, and low operating costs.
